We have gone to almost every Supercross in Phoenix for as long as I can remember. Even the night before our wedding! Some families do football, we do Supercross. My boys have always been fascinated with motorcycles so this has long been one of their favorite sporting events to attend.
Technically it’s now in Glendale, AZ at the University of Phoenix stadium. We actually missed it there last year because we were in the San Juan Islands so we’re excited to check out the track at the new stadium in person!
“Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, will bring the world’s premier off-road motorcycle championship series back to Phoenix on Saturday, January 28, 2017 for the fourth race of the 2017 season. This 17-race battle to crown a champion features the ultimate battle of man and machine, highlighted by a star-studded international field of competitors chasing the sport’s most sought after trophy. For one night only, Phoenix motorsports fans will have the chance to watch reigning back-to- back champion Ryan Dungey in his quest to claim a third straight title, fighting to fend off his fiercest rivals inside the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ.”
If you’re like us and never miss a race or want to check it out for yourself (your kids will love it) I have a discount code for you!

If you have little ones like mine try out this indoor motocross track that you can make at home for their little toy bikes!
Use regular dirt in a large box or bin or make your own with flour. My boys would do this for hours when they were younger. We always brought motorcycles with us when we were going to be outside when they could play in the dirt. I kept a box of toys that we’d take with us (the ones that got filthy) and we had a set at home for indoor play.
Who will we see at Supercross in Phoenix?! If you don’t live here will you catch it in your city?
*Disclosure: we were provided tickets to attend Supercross but we would have gone anyway 😉 As always thoughts and opinions are my own.
