An easy but oh so tasty Chicken Queso Blanco recipe you can throw together in no time. Serve with corn chips.
Ingredients
  • 2 cans RO*TEL® Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies drained
  • 2 cans Great Value Chunk Chicken Breast in Water (can choose low sodium if you'd like)
  • 2 jars Monterey Jack Queso
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients well and heat in a microwave safe bowl until warm or in a medium saucepan over low to medium heat until warm.
  2. Serve warm with chips!
