- 1 box Red's All Natural Chicken and Mexican Style Street Corn prepared according to package instructions
- 1 box Athens Phyllo Shells
- ¼ cup Borden Shredded cheese of your choice
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet
- Fill shells with chicken and street corn mixture
- Top with cheese
- Bake 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
