We had a weekend where we were kind of all over the place! On Saturday we visited a 9/11 memorial where they had set up a flag for each person who lost their life with a card about them.

In other news –

I really love these discovery bottle ideas from Pre-school Play These are such great ideas for the younger kids and their older siblings. She’s had these for 2 years!

How to make these and lots of other discovery bottles on her site. We are sharing a really fun project that we made with a bottle tomorrow! (geared more towards the older kids)

Just a note about the Penpals if you signed up previously. Emails are starting to go out and will all be sent by tomorrow! We’ve had such a great response and will probably do open calls as new requests come in so stay tuned in for that! The quickest way to hear about those updates in on our Facebook page or on Twitter. (I will still update here though!)

What were you all up to this weekend?

  1. I've been saving gatorade bottles for some project – maybe my two year old would just enjoy filling them up and putting things in – definitely so
