I am SO not a food blogger. Like, far from it! In fact my husband does the majority of the regular cooking in our house. HE should be the food blogger! Anyway I couldn’t resist helping out my friend Alison from This Homemade Life with a guest post for today while she tends to her little man who had surgery this morning.
I’m sharing my absolute favorite gluten free waffle recipe (I can’t eat gluten so it’s easiest that we all don’t eat it at home) and served it in bed for a little Valentines treat for the boys.
