Gluten-Free Fruity PEBBLES™ Blondies

Delicious fruity, cakey blondies with added texture from Fruity PEBBLES™ which happen to be gluten-free!

  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour mix
  • 1/2 cup Fruity PEBBLES™


  • Spray an 8x8 pan with oil and preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix butter and eggs in a bowl.
  • Mix brown sugar and vanilla into butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Add in flour until blended well.
  • Fold in Fruity PEBBLES™
  • Place pan in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until set and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  • Enjoy!
