Gluten-Free Fruity PEBBLES™ Blondies
Delicious fruity, cakey blondies with added texture from Fruity PEBBLES™ which happen to be gluten-free!
- 1 stick butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup gluten-free flour mix
- 1/2 cup Fruity PEBBLES™
Spray an 8x8 pan with oil and preheat oven to 350F.
Mix butter and eggs in a bowl.
Mix brown sugar and vanilla into butter mixture until fully incorporated.
Add in flour until blended well.
Fold in Fruity PEBBLES™
Place pan in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until set and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
