My boys get all into the holidays and if we have any extra craft time they love doing seasonal activities. Apparently Thanksgiving means lots of turkey crafts but I tried to find the best ones with a mix of some other fun activities.
I keep seeing toy crafts pop up using wine cork stoppers. I don’t think I would have ever thought about using these so much if it wasn’t for the internet!

The other night my 7 year old wanted something to do while we were preparing dinner. He loves playing with fuzzy sticks (pipe cleaners) so I thought I’d give him a little direction and ask if he wanted to make a spider web and a spider. He was all for it!

p>We are an animal family. We LOVE animals of all kinds. From snakes to platypuses (what’s the plural for platypus anyway? platypi? platypus?) Our 2 dogs are a part of our family. The 2 snakes, well. I guess they are too. Oh and I almost forgot we added 2 MORE animals to our crazy household. Phineas and Ferb (the fish – I still don’t remember which one is which).

Do you have seasons where you live? We don’t. We have summer and not summer. Seriously. We CAN drive to see Fall though which I plan on doing this year! It’s fun to talk with the boys about how every state is different and every country is different and what is so unique about each one.
