We first made pool noodle nunchucks at our duct tape party last year. We didn’t share how we made them (even though they are super easy) so I thought I’d share today after the boys asked me if they could make some more.

You’ll need a pool noodle (the dollar store ones work great and you can get about 2 sets out of 1 noodle) scissors/craft knife, and duct tape.

Cut 2 equal sections of the pool noodle.

Start by wrapping the tape around the end of one of the cut pieces of noodle.

Continue wrapping until you are above the noodle.

Squish the tape together so it starts to form a sort of rope.

Continue to make it as long as you like

Wrap the other end around the other cut piece of noodle in reverse of what you did for the first side.

Tear off when finished.
