One of our favorite day “dates” is to check out model homes around the city. We love seeing how each builder is different, learning what may or may not work for us and gaining lots of inspiration! Our latest visit was to Beazer Homes Morning Sun Farms close to the San Tan Mountains regional park.
The area is gorgeous and the boys, as always, were excited to check out the models. They love picking out which room would be theirs.
We are drawn to a good open floor plan so that’s usually the models that end up being our favorites. We loved that lots of the Beazer models here were pretty open. With my husband and I both working from home we like having a den for extra office space while the boys have always wanted to have a loft.
I loved the interactive floorplans they included in the models to really visualize the choices.
The boys loved the inspiration as usual. Visiting model homes not only gives us inspiration for what we might want our next home to be, but also usually leaves the boys with inspiration to clean their rooms 😉
I could really see how we could utilize each home differently for our family. We spend so much time in our house it’s important to know how we use each area and what works best for us, and to have the option to make a new home work for us makes choosing a Beazer home very appealing!
Add in to all of that the extra care they take to build energy efficient homes and there really isn’t much more we would need in a new home!
I realized that while I experienced building a house with my family when I was younger the boys never have, so as we looked at the new phase I told them about how we would visit our house and take pictures at each stage of it being built. It’s so exciting!
