Our VERY first giveaway! How fun!

So my boys have been wanting to do this for a while so I thought I’d surprise them with a little fun package of a 2liter of Diet Coke, a roll of Mentos, and a little tube that makes the whole thing easier.

I know you’ve seen what happens when you mix Mentos and Diet Coke right?! Well let us show you.

First, the setup.

There’s a little pin and string keeping the Mentos from falling in until you’re ready. After you do the obligatory countdown you pull and run!

Then they checked out the aftermath

We all loved it and wanted to do 10 more! Metos/Diet Coke geysers are awesome! So awesome that we bought an extra for one of your kiddos (or you)!

Leave a comment here by next Tuesday May 10th and we’ll send your kiddo (or husband, or you, or your neighbor) a fun package with one of these babies to make your own! (We’ll stick in a couple extra rolls of Mentos because we KNOW you’ll want to do more) all you’ll need are some 2L of Diet Coke.

    So … if my "kid" is a 16 y.o. teenager, does that count? I know he'd love making the diet coke "rocket" with his friends in the neighborhood over … and over … and over again! Looks like your boys had a great time. 🙂

    i love your pics allison! Don't enter me because we have one of these just waiting to be used… I have been avoiding the sticky mess. Maybe I should go buy some extra mentos and diet coke and head down to the park where we won't have to deal with the diet coke mess, eh?
