I think Angry Birds is definitely a favorite to bring to life! There are many ways to do it using things you have laying around the house from big to small.

I’ve never seen Minute to Win It before but the Game Show Network (GSN) is bringing it back and with a new host! Speed skating champion Apollo Anton Ono is the new Minute To Win It host! If you’re like me and have never seen it before each one-hour episode features competitors facing up to 10 challenges that escalate in level of difficulty using everyday household items. Each game has a one-minute time limit and failure to finish the task on time may ultimately eliminate the contestant.
The best part about the games is that they use everyday household items like pencils, rulers, cereal boxes etc. To make a whole night out of it we decided to have our own Minute To Win It competition. Blondes against Brunettes (there are 2 of each in our house). We watched the show together, researched some other Minute to Win It games and planned out our competition. The boys spent quite a while planning out the games of the night! Click to read more and enter to WIN a $100 VISA gift card!

This week we are going to get inspired by some fun ways to bring your kids’ favorite video games/movies to life.

Tombow sent us a few products to create a project using them. Tombow is celebrating it’s “100 Days of Tombow” program in which they are committing to provide up to $10,000 of Tombow art products to the Council for Arts Education, a national nonprofit dedicated to promoting and supporting art education and quality art programs nationwide.
Of course we’d love to have them donate in our name! We wanted to share this super fun (and addictive) 3D hand drawing art project with you.

Happy Fort Friday!

Disney Pixar’s Monsters University opens TODAY in theaters! Parker and I got a chance to see the movie early so I thought it would be fun for him to give you his review of the film! (He’s 10)
It’s Thursday so you know what that means! Time to celebrate the boys in our lives with Let’s Hear it for the Boy, a link party all for boys!
If you’re up to really grossing out your kids make up some of these gross snacks.

One (or more) of our readers nominated us for Parenting Blog of the Year over at UKnowKids.com (thank you!!) and we were selected to be in the top…
