My little guy has an incredibly active imagination which makes it very hard to sleep. We are much the same so I completely understand the feeling. I came across this quote from Dale Carnegie and thought it was perfect for him so I made a little print to hang by his bed. We’ve had talks about fear being good when we need to activate our adrenaline to run away from a hungry lion, but it can really get in the way other times.
I thought maybe some of you might appreciate the quote as well so I made a copy available just for you.

I've been a silent blog reader for a while, but I thought I should finally let you know I love this blog! And thankyou for this perfect little printable, I should probably hang something similar for my little guy once he can read 🙂
