Can you smell the paper and pencils? I have always loved office supply stores! All the paper, pencils, crayons, markers, folders… I frequent my local Office Depot sometimes just to get inspiration! As you know, we love travel and keeping the boys busy is something I’ve learned along the way. I thought it would be fun to pull together a collection of ideas using my favorite things from Office Depot. The best part is that you can save everything to use at home, work or on your next trip!

Post-it notes are so much fun when traveling. You can use the smaller sizes in the car on the window to create pictures or scenes.

There’s always the traditional drawing or coloring (I always provide a mix of mediums – pencils, crayons, markers…) but you can make it more interesting by getting a new sketch pad and giving them drawing challenges like drawing change in scenery. You can also take turns adding on to the drawing with the whole family!

On the go activities using favorite office supplies from Office Depot!Dry erase boards have been a long time travel favorite of my boys and I love the new dry erase crayons to make things a bit cleaner. Use removable tape on the board to create game boards. It comes off easily so you can use the board for other games, like your own version of head’s up!

    Dry erase boards are a fantastic idea for the kids when traveling. So many simple, fun games can be played on these boards. When finished, just wipe away. I can’t believe I never considered this. Thanks so much!
