We’re solving sibling disputes with the #PieFace game on our game nights as part of a paid Hasbro series for Socialstars™
If you have more than one child or grew up with a brother or sister (or even close friends) you know the joy of the silly sibling disputes. The “who jumped higher” or “I cleaned up more dog poop than him” or my favorite, “we don’t know who left the toys ALL OVER the house because there’s no possibility it was either one of us”. Those silly disputes sometimes turn loud & obnoxious and not fun. We have a new way of solving these disputes or voting for who gets to clean up the dog poop if they’ve conveniently forgotten who did it last – the Pie Face game. The Pie Face game, if you haven’t seen it, is a really simple game where you can put whipped cream (whipped cream not included) onto the hand, spin to see how many times you turn the handle, and see if you get smashed in the face. Sometimes you don’t get anything, but you do have the joy of seeing your brother get it! If you’re lucky you might even get Dad to play too; It ALWAYS ends in a laugh.
In our house this always turns arguing into laughing and even solves a dispute every once in a while. It’s such a simple but fun game, easy to clean up and a total winner in our house. Plus it’s fun to let our guests know that this is how we handle things in our house. Friends and family always want to play when they come over!
It’s easy to clean too since everything is washable. If you’re out of whipped cream, it also comes with a little sponge than you can wet and use instead, which is great because it’s easy to keep playing over and over when friends are over.
What’s not to love about a game that makes everyone laugh?! Do you have a fun way of solving sibling disputes at your house? We’ve done hug it out, give each other a compliment, dance party (usually where I turn up the music and dance around until they crack) but the Pie Face game is definitely our recent fave!
