Over a year ago, now 16-year-old Parker started Invisalign® treatment with Dr. Feldman at Feldman Orthodontics in Surprise (or Scottsdale). We are officially DONE and his smile is fantastic! Now, just like with traditional braces, he will maintain his smile with retainers at night and that’s it. We couldn’t have been happier with the entire process. Here are his official before and afters.
The entire process was quick, simple for us, and being the responsible kid that he is, we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Parker needed very little reminding from me to change out his Invisalign clear aligners. Dr. Feldman’s office was great about showing him the dates on all his aligners so he’d know exactly when to change them out. Invisalign even has an app to help your teen remember!
We wrote several articles throughout his treatment so be sure to check all those out here. What we loved most was how FEW visits we needed to make to the orthodontist (even though we loved the office staff), how fast it worked for Parker, and that he experienced little discomfort especially compared to his brother who had one set of traditional braces already.
Parker was great about taking his clear aligners off only when eating and a handful of special events. Whenever we had questions, they were usually answered right on the Invisalign website.
