Since we are now Invisalign® Treatment pros at over a year of treatment now, I thought we’d share some great tips from Invisalign about how to help your teen get successfully through their treatment.  My 16-year-old, Parker , started  Invisalign®  treatment with Dr. Feldman at Feldman Orthodontics in Surprise (or Scottsdale) over a year ago.  You can read about our one year experience here.

5 tips to get your teen through Invisalign Treantment

  1. Create a kit for on-the-go care. Include a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, a tiny mirror, and lip balm.
  2. Personalize their aligner case (or get them supplies to personalize their own). New stickers are perfect for this!
  3. Put new aligners in at night.
  4. Track progress with the My Invisalign App available in  iTunes or Google Play. You can track your smile with photos, get reminders to switch out aligners, and more.
  5. Keep smiling!
