I had SUCH a fun week at the #RalphBreakstheInternetEvent hosted by Disney. A group of about 24 bloggers and I flew to Los Angeles and got to attend the world premiere of Ralph Breaks the Internet! We walked the BLUE carpet, saw the movie at the El Capitan Theatre with many of the talent behind the film AND attended the after party at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
It was amazing! There were so many people in attendance and the atmosphere is always just buzzing with excitement and camera flashes.
There are lots of photo spots along the wall down the carpet and they had some fun spots set up to snap a quick photo as well. We pair up with another blogger to make sure we always have someone to help us get photos. My friend Kate from Highlights Along the Way was my photo and party buddy for this trip and we had some fun with the photos.
Here’s a view down the “carpet” with the press being on the right side.
Once you walk the carpet and are ready to enter the theater they secure your phones in a case so that no photos/video/audio can be taken. We are assigned seats and have a chance to grab a bucket of hot popcorn and a drink before we sit down.
The movie was so much fun. I think I liked it better than the first! We laughed SO much and my expectations for the “Oh My Disney Princess Scene” were met and exceeded (more about this later). It’s almost hard to watch a movie like this for the first time because you want to really laugh at the great parts but you also want to be quiet so you don’t miss anything lol!
After the film we walked over to the after party where there was music, food, drinks, activities, and more photo opps.
They even had a little “Tappers Bar” set up where you could order root beer or root beer floats like in the movie! We LOVED this little space and relaxed in the room the last half of the night.
The big room is where most of the celebrities could be found mingling with each other and having a great time.
I’ll have more to share later but wanted to share these fun photos of the premiere right away! Tickets for Ralph Breaks the Internet are actually already for sale (in theathers November 21) so grab yours now. We’re going with the family on Thanksgiving I think!
