If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, do you remember Fort Fridays? I think it’s time to bring them back at LEAST once a month don’t you? I know I’ve missed them. Even though my boys are older we are always building forts for cousins and friends that come over. Plus you all have to have built up at least a photo roll full of forts by now right?!Easy moving box and sheet fort

Our front room is starting to fill up with boxes because – we’re moving! We aren’t moving too far, just closer to the boys’ high school for when they start driving. The 15-20 minute commute adds up every day so we decided (kind of on a whim) to move a bit closer.

This morning I said something about wanting to just build a fort and sit in it all day so we improvised with a simple fort out of the  boxes we have set up out front and a sheet. The simple forts are always our favorites! Kona wanted to get in on the action too.

If you’re not familiar with fort friday please come check it out! I think I need to clean up some photos that I linked to that have since been taken down but please send us some new ones to share and inspire others!

At All for the Boys we celebrate some Fridays with some awesome fort inspiration from around the web.

You can share your forts by emailing me, Facebook, or Instagram and tag @allfortheboys and #fortfriday (by contacting me you are giving me permission to share your photo on the blog. Let me know if you want it linked up anywhere) – some are tagging me properly and I’m not able to pull it up again later, so if you don’t see yours here, email it to me!
