I’m always up for learning new, easy origami. What about you? This little pumpkin seemed like a good idea since we’re already halfway through October!
Start with a square sheet of paper and turn it over if you’re using 1 sided paper
Fold it in half diagonally
And then diagonally again.
Now open your triangle and flatten out one of the sides to make it a diamond like this:
Turn it over and do the same to the other side
This next part is hard to explain so look at the photo, but fold the edge in like this, like a paper airplane, but underneath:
Do the same to the other side
Don’t worry about being perfect, you can always adjust it!
Next, fold the top back,
Then the bottom.
Now do the same to the ends to make your pumpkin shape
draw a face…
and you’re done!
