As your kids get older you realize that you have different things in common with different kids. It’s one of my favorite parts of watching them grow up – being a part of their lives in different ways. One thing that I’ve tried to incorporate even more the last couple of years is working out with my boys. It’s something they want to do and something I have found that I NEED to do, so why not do it together? Here are some ideas of different ways you can work out WITH your teenagers!
